Black History Month Talk Series: Black Faith Matters. TONIGHT!

The Catholic Student Association is proud to sponsor “Black Faith Matters” by Bishop Fernand Cheri, III O.F.M., and Auxiliary Bishop/Co-Vicar of the Archdiocese of New Orleans. He will speak on the significance of faith in the Black communities. Bishop Cheri is a native of New Orleans. The newest African-American bishop is a dynamic speaker and is known for his love of gospel music, which he does not hesitate to sing during his presentations. This event is free and will take place on Monday, February 8, in the Perry-Paige Auditorium at 6 p.m. If you miss this you will miss a special treat.
