Please help us, help you! Your participation in the LibQUAL® survey helps the University Libraries to assess and improve library services.
During February, University Libraries will be asking you to participate in our Quality Improvement Survey known as LibQUAL®
In response to your previous survey participation, your University Libraries have been hard at work:
- Working with SGA to provide textbooks
- Collecting leisure reading materials
- Purchasing more laptops
- Updating computer hardware and software
- Acquiring comfy chairs
- Providing spaces for graduate research
- Monitoring noise levels on the quiet floor
- Extending Science Research Library hours
- Working with Facilities to regulate the temperature in Coleman
Library - Working with Business & Auxiliary Services to provide Starbucks
- Implementing computer authentication to protect users privacy.
